Our airport representative will welcome you and drive you to your chosen hotel after you land at Kathmandu International Airport. Kathmandu is the capital and cultural hub of Nepal. Take some rest after ling flight and explore Thamel, the tourist hub of Kathmandu. Later in the evening, you will join a welcome dinner program organized by Adventure Victory Team.

Today is the day to explore the beautiful city of Kathmandu. There are numerous destinations in Kathmandu to visit, but we will go for only a few places as we need to prepare for the trek and have some rest before we move ahead. In the meantime, we will check the trekking gear that you have brought. There will be a last-minute briefing about the trip in the evening.

Walking Distance: 8 km We take early morning breakfast and take a flight to Lukla, where you will meet the rest of your trekking team. Our trek embarks on the easy trail through the village of Chaurikharka and then descends towards Dudhkoski Ghat. From here, we follow the path along the bank of Dudhkoshi River, which leads us to Pakding for our overnight stay. You can enjoy your free time exploring around.

Walking Distance: 10-12 km After having breakfast in Phakding, we head towards Namche Bazaar, one of the biggest Sherpa village in Nepal. First, we cross the suspension bridge over the Dudhkoshi River and then walk through a beautiful pine forest to the village of Monjo after two hours. We further continue our trek along the Dudh Koshi River to Jorsale after fulfilling some paperwork at the entrance of Sagarmatha National Park. Though the climb to our resting place in Namche is tough, you will be rewarded with the first glimpse of Everest as you reach to the top.

Today, we will be resting in Namche Bazaar and allowing our body to acclimatize to the higher altitude. At this point, you will have two options, either hike of 2 hours to the Everest viewpoint or spend the day exploring Namche. Visit the Sherpa museum to broaden your knowledge about Sherpa culture and history of mountaineering. If it is a Saturday, then you can go to Haat Bazaar, a local market place, where you will find many people selling trekking clothes and equipment.

Walking Distance: 10 km Breakfast in Namche Bazaar charges us for another day of trekking towards Tengboche. Along the way, enjoy the magnificent views of the Himalayas, including Nuptse, Everest, Lhotse, Thamserku, Ama Dablam, and Kwangde. A short hike downhill will lead us to the riverside and ascend through the forest after crossing the river. After trekking continual uphill and passing some seriously steep ground, we reach Tengboche, the most beautiful place in the Everest Region. Once you are in Tengboche, don't miss a chance to visit the Tengboche monastery, one of the largest in Kumbha. 

Walking Distance: 11 km We start our day with a walk through the forest of rhododendron, which leads us to the village of Deboche. Our trek continues as we the bridge over Imja Khola and then pass valley wall to Pangboche, the biggest settlement of Sherpa in the region. We will have our lunch in Pangboche, where you can observe the typical lifestyle of Sherpa people. After having lunch, we will visit the Pangboche monastery and head towards Dingboche. It will take around 6 hours to reach Dingboche. 

This is your rest and acclimatization day in Dingboche before heading for our next adventure. We will be exploring Dingboche and the surrounding valley of Imja and Chhukung. It is optional to trek to the valleys, but when you reach there, you will be rewarded with the glorious views of the Mountains. Take plenty of rest as the coming days are going to be tough, and you need to be prepared physically as well as mentally. 

Walking Distance: 11-12 km The next part of our adventure takes us over craggy mountain terrain to Lobuche, a small settlement with amazing views of Mt. Pumori, Mt. Lobuche and the Nuptse. Prepare for the cold night; it is going to be downright chilly as we are already almost three miles from the sea level. 

Walking Distance: 15 km The initial part of today's trek will take us to Gorakshep from Lobuche, which is a relatively easy trek. But the trail becomes harder as we head towards Everest Base Camp with rocky dunes and moraines formed accumulation of unconsolidated glacier debris. On our way to the base camp, we will pass by Khumbu Glacier and icefall, located on the slopes of Everest. If you happen to be at the base camp during spring, you will meet climbers attempting to climb to the summing of the mountains. Walking Distance: 16 km The day starts with a climb up to Kalapather, which offers some of the most exceptional panoramic views of the Himalayas. The duration of the walk from EBC to Chukhung is about 7-8 hours. 

Walking Distance: 5 km A short hike after breakfast in the morning takes us to Island Peak Base Camp. An inexperienced climber can make the Island peak Summit, but sufficient physical fitness is required. You will enjoy the summit more if you are a first-time climber. Your trekking guide will give instructions on the use of the climbing boots and ice axe. Take proper rest and prepare for the summit.

Walking Distance: 10 km Today is the day for which we have come this far. We ascend with the head lambs towards the summit before the thin light of dawn. You will feel like you are at the top of the world when you reach the summit. After spending some time at the summit, we descend toward the charming village of Chukhung.

Walking Distance: 14 km After having breakfast in Chukhung, we start our trek retracing the original steps of our ascent to back down the mountain. Enjoy the sceneries and get close to the culture of Sherpa people along the way back to Tengboche. 

Walking Distance: 10 km We start our trekking at around 8 am or 9 am. The four hours of the hike will take us to Namche, below 3500m. Upon reaching in Namche, you will feel much relax and free time can be enjoyed with some drinks but keep in mind that we have a long walk back to Lukla the next morning. 

Walking Distance: 16 km We start our trek towards the Hillary Suspension Bridge and further pass through several local villages before reaching Lukla. We check into a proper hotel in Lukla and have a party with the trekking crew. This will be your last night with the trekking team, so thank the team for their hard work and support; without them, this trek could not be accomplished. 

Early in the morning, we take a flight back to Kathmandu, from where we started our journey. Upon reaching in Kathmandu, you will be transferred to your hotel for the much-needed rest after a long journey. In the evening, we will have dinner together in a Nepali restaurant to celebrate the success of conquering the Himalayas.

You can get an On Arrival Visa at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu upon arrival. If you are planning to get a visa from your country visit the Nepalese Embassy there. If you are traveling by land through India, then the visa is provided by the Immigration office at the border. You need to have a valid passport and passport-size photographs to complete the visa acquisition process. The visa fee varies according to your holidays in Nepal. For 14 days, $25 For 30 days, $40 For 60 days, $100

You need just to fill up the booking form. We will email the details after we receive a booking form. Minimum deposit amount, i.e. 25% of the total amount must be paid in advance within ten days of the booking confirmation for reservation of your pace in the team. The remaining balance must be paid before 30 days of the trip.

Our official guide will be in front of the arrival gate by showing the placard to pick you from the airport.

We will book a tourist standard hotel in Kathmandu with a comfort and luxury room. 24-hour hot water and wifi facilities will be available in the Hotel. The hotel can also be provided as per your requirements.

The bedrooms will have essential amenities and a shared toilet There will be no heating facility in the bedroom, but the dining hall will have a chimney heater. We will provide sleeping bags during a trek but you can bring yours as well.

You will get 3-4 showers during the trip. You can order the hot water, but only a few lodges would provide it. Due to extreme cold and snowy weather, you might not require taking a shower too often. Our guide will provide other instructions on maintaining personal hygiene.

You can have Chinese, American, Local Tibetan food, Indian and Nepali cuisine. You can choose to have either vegetarian or non-vegetarian food.

We will provide porters to carry your luggage, Every two trekkers for one porter. You will only be carrying your day backpack with valuable things. We will also provide you with luggage if you do not have one.

Most of the areas will not have an internet facility but will have a telephone facility. Our guides will also be carrying cell phones in case you need to reach out to someone.

All our guides speak good English and are licensed and certified by the Nepal government.

You will not have to pay the extra amount for a guide and porter. Your trek amount will include the salaries for a guide and porter but you can give some tips yourself.

We take from 2-20 persons in a group. If there is a larger group from the same organization, college, University, or family we can also manage for that. We also arrange a private trip according to the requirements.

You will need to be moderately fit for most of our treks. But for trips that take longer days and take higher altitudes like in any trek, you will need extra fitness. It all depends on the trip you choose.

If you have any emergency injuries or high altitude sickness it will cover any medical treatments, trip cancellation, or helicopter evacuation in case of emergency. Our government-trained guides will assist you in any emergency that arises during the trek.

The money will not be refunded even though the trip is not completed due to many reasons like weather conditions or other personal reasons.
