Day: 1 Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400m), Transfer to Hotel

Day: 2 Cultural Tours around KTM Valley and Trek Preparation

Today is the day to explore the culturally and historically rich city, Kathmandu and do preparation for the trek. You will be visiting monkey temple Swayambhunath, one of the biggest Hindu shrine Pashupatinath, biggest Buddhist Stupa Boudhanath, and historically rich Kathmandu Durbar Square. After coming back from the city tour, we check the gears you have brought and do some maintenance if required. 

Day : 3 Drive to Syange (1,130m), Overnight in Guest House

We start our day after breakfast with a drive to Besi Shahar, 173 km west of Kathmandu. We will be driving along the Prithivi Highway that passes through several villages, streams, and farmlands with an incredible view of snowcapped mountains at distance. Upon reaching in Besu Shahar, we take a local jeep that will drive us to Syange where we spend our night.

Day: 4 Trek to Dharapani (1,860m), Overnight in Lodge

After having breakfast in Syange we start our trek on mountain trail towards Dharapani. Hike along the Marshyandi river valley with awesome views of landscapes throughout the journey. Pass through the village of Jagat and Chamje before reaching the village of Tal on the bank of Marshyandi River. We cross a suspension bridge over the Marshyangdi River and ascend toward Dharapani for the overnight stay.

Day: 5 Trek to Chame (2,710m), Overnight in Lodge

Today is the second day of our trek; we head to Chame from Dharapani after breakfast. The day becomes joyful with the view of Manaslu and Annapurna II along with landscapes and the lifestyle of the region. You will feel the change in vegetation as you go higher. We will take enough breaks along the way before reaching the village of Chame. 

Day: 6 Trek to Pisang (3,240m), Overnight in Lodge

As the day past, we will be gaining more elevation and feel the change in vegetation, landscapes, and lifestyle. We walk on the trail that takes us to the beautiful village of Pisang, the gateway to the Pisang Peak climbing. You can enjoy the views of Annapurna IV and Lamjung Himal as you advance along the way from Chame. We will stay at the lodge in Pisang before heading further. 

Day: 7 Trek to Pisang Peak Base Camp (4,380m), Overnight in Camp

We trek to Pisang peak base camp and prepare for our Pisang peak climbing. Passing through small villages, pastures, and wooden parts, we reach base camp. We will be at the base camp in the early afternoon, so there will be enough time for us to soak into the atmosphere of the base camp. 

Day: 8 Trek to Pisang Peak High Camp (5,400m), Overnight in Camp

Today's trek will take us to the Pisang Peak High Camp from base camp. We will gain elevation of anther about 1000 meters as we reach high camp. We set up our camp once we reach our destination for today and spend the day exploring the surroundings and adjusting the increased elevation.

Day: 9 Pisang Peak Summit Day (6,091m), back to Base Camp, Overnight in Camp

It is the main day of the trip, we get ready early, and much before the daylight breaks, for the summit climb. Though the path to the summit is challenging the reward you get is unexplainable. Once we reach to the top, enjoy the views of the Gigantic Mountains and moments before descending back to base camp. 

 Day: 10 Trek to Manang (3,450m), Overnight in Lodge

Take breakfast in the morning and head toward Manang. Our trek goes along the trail towards Manang valley and passes through small, beautiful villages and wooded sections. Upon reaching in Manang, we will explore the beautiful village.

Day: 11 Trek to Letdar Phedi (4,130m), Overnight in Lodge

After fueling our body with a delicious breakfast in Manang, we get ready to trek to Letdar Phedi. Leaving the beautiful village behind, we follow the trail with amazing views of mountainous landscapes that are entirely different than that in the lower elevation. We reach our lodge in Letdar Phedi after traveling for about five hours.

Day: 12 Trek to Thorang High Camp (4,880m), Overnight in Lodge

After breakfast, we leave Letdar and head towards Thorang Phedi. A short walk of about two hours will take us to Thorang Phedi where we take our lunch and rest for some time. A struggling uphill trek for an hour leads us to Thorang High Camp which offers a spectacular view of the mountains.

Day: 13 Trek to Muktinath (3,802m) via Thorang La (5,416m), Overnight in Lodge

It is a challenging day but at the same time, worth taking. Our day starts with hiking early in the morning toward Thoran La pass. A slow-paced walk for about three hours through several false passes along the trail will take us to Thorang La pass, at an elevation of 5,416 meters. After taking some pictures and enjoying the view for some time, we make our way to Muktinath. You will have plenty of time to explore the town as we reach there early afternoon.

Day: 14 Trek to Jomsom (2,750m), Overnight in Lodge

It is another day of our trek where we head towards Jomsom from Muktinath. We descend to Kagbeni village on the trail along the Kali Gandaki River through beautiful places with spectacular views all around. The trek continues further from Kangbeni along Kali Gandaki River to Jomsom. It lies between two gigantic mountain range, Dhaulagiri and Annapurna, so the trail can get windy during the afternoon. Stroll around the village and spend the night at the lodge in Jomsom. 

Day: 15 Fly back to Pokhara, Check in Hotel

We take our breakfast and then take a flight to Kathmandu. Enjoy the amazing view of mountains and landscapes from the plane. A short but spectacular scenic flight takes us to Pokhara. After we check into the hotel, you will have free time to relax and enjoy it. You can rest at the hotel to get relief from the tiredness of trekking or explore the beautiful lake city of Pokhara.

Day: 16 Drive back to Kathmandu, Check in Hotel

After having breakfast early in the morning, we get ready to drive back to Kathmandu. It will take around 7 hours to reach Kathmandu from Pokhara. Once we reach Kathmandu, you will be transferred to the hotel and the rest of the day enjoy on your own. You can make your day busy wandering around. In the evening, a farewell dinner will be organized by Adventure Victory Team.

Day: 17 Upper Mustang Trek ends/ Final departure

On the final day of yours in Nepal, we pick you from the hotel and drive you to the airport for your flight homebound or other destination. We hope that you have had one of the unforgettable moments of your life and come again to Nepal for another adventure soon.
