Amadablam Expedition is the spiritual mountaineering in Nepal. The mountain itself is regarded as the Mother Mountain. The shape and the beauty of this mountain are very amazing. However, you can clearly identify this mother mountain. The Pyramid Shaped tip and the vertical walls, as well as sharp exposed ridges, make it stand out from others. The Valley of Khumbu region can be seen in panoramic and 360-degree form from the summit of Ama Dablam. The journey involves trekking in the Khumbu region as well. As you move closer to the Base Camp you will be able to get acclimatized and known to the Sherpa lifestyle and environment. After lots of hardship and climbing the moment you reach its top will be the best moment of life. Unlike other mountains of Nepal the space in Ama Dablam peak is very wide.

It can accommodate almost one big sized tent. Apart from the thrill of climbing such a gigantic mountain, you can see the glorious view of the mountains surrounding it. Itinerary

One of our representatives will meet you at the Kathmandu International Airport and escort to the hotel. After you take some rest and freshen up, visit our office where your tour leader will brief you about the program. In the meantime, we will discuss the equipment and permits needed for the trekking. There will be a welcome dinner organized by Adventure Victory Team in the evening.

After breakfast at the hotel, we leave for the sightseeing tour of Kathmandu city. You will be visiting sacred Hindu temple Pashupatinath, monkey temple Swayambhunath, one of the largest Buddhist stupa Boudhanath, reflecting ancient Nepalese culture Kathmandu Durbar Square and others. Most of them are listed in UNESCO World Heritage sites. 

We wake up early in the morning to take a flight to Lukla from Kathmandu Airport. During 40 minutes scenic flight, we get a fantastic view of landscapes and mountains, including Mt. Everest. Our trek begins from Lukla on a trail going up the mountains along the left bank of the Dudh Koshi River. On the way, you will get a view of Kusum Kangaru (6367m), Mt Nupla (5885m), and Mount Kwongde Range. We further continue for about two hours and reach Padding.

Today's trek starts following the trail along the Dudh Koshi valley. We pass through the pine forest and cross the Dudh Koshi river twice before reaching the village of Monjo, where you will find the entrance to the Sagarmatha National park. You will get the first glimpses of Kusum Kanguru (6369m) Everest (8848m), Thamserku (6608m), and Nuptse (7879 m) on your way to Namche. A steep climb to the Namche Bazaar offers you spectacular views as well as a comfortable place to stay for the night.

As you have gained much height the previous day, we spend one more day in Namche for acclimatization. We will walk less explore around Namche Bazaar, which is the most attractive place in the Khumbu region. You can enjoy your full day strolling around the market with the panoramic view of Amadablam, Everest, Nuptse, Thamserku, Those, and various other sky-high mountains.

We start our day walking through the forest with a fantastic view of the mountains. The trail goes uphill, passing through some water-powered prayer wheels climbs and then through a forest of tall, matures rhododendrons. Tengboche is a village scattered across a vast, grassy saddle and covered by scrub pines and firs. The viewpoint at the top of the hill in Tengboche offers magnificent views of some of the Himalayan giants, including Nuptse, Lhotse, Everest, and Abadablam. We visit Tengboche Monastery, built by the Sherpa community some 300 years ago. Tengboche Monastery is one of the most sacred Himalayan monastery built by the Sherpa community some 300 years ago.

After having breakfast in Tengboche, we start to head toward the Amadablam base camp. Today's trek will be moderately paced, taking rest frequently and giving plenty of time for acclimatization. The Amadablam base camp is located at a height of 4650m from the sea level. 

Today is the day for acclimatization and preparing for the climbing. Make sure that all the equipment is in good condition and prepare mentally and physically for the expedition.

9th to 24th day will be the day for climbing. Be careful in every phase of the adventure and listen to the suggestion of your trek leader. It will be an experience that you remember for your whole life.

After climbing and getting back to Tengboche, you will head toward Tengboche with the proud feeling that you have accomplished, which others dream for. We reach the village of Tengboche after hiking for about 4 hours.

We start our trek crossing the suspension bridge over the Dudh Koshi River to Kyanjuma, a junction point to go Gokyo Valley, Khumjung village, and Namche Bazaar. Enjoy walking in the dense forest of rhododendron inhabitant by species of Pheasants, Musk deer, Himalayan Griffons, and the wildlife. In the evening, stroll around the village enjoying the magnificent scenery.

In the initial part, the trek can be hard, but once you cross the high suspension bridge, the trail becomes flat. We pass through the rhododendron and pine forest before reaching the village of Phakding. Further, pass through the Sherpa village with incredible mountain scenery, and the lush green forest leads us to Lukla. You can explore around the Lukla in your leisure time.

We wake up early in the morning, take breakfast and say a final goodbye to our porters before heading towards the Lukla airport. If the weather gets bad, then the flight may be delayed or canceled, and you have to wait for the next available flight. Enjoy your last night in Nepal, having dinner in the Nepali restaurant with your trek team.

We will drop you to the Kathmandu International airport to catch your flight to your next destination. We hope to see you again in the future. Have a good day!
