In the evening, you will meet your trek leader who will tell you what to do, what to buy, and what kind of preparation you have to do for the trek. After the meeting, you will go for dinner in one of the traditional Nepali restaurants in Thamel.

Today, we spend our day exploring the historical, cultural, and religious aspects of Kathmandu city. Back to the hotel after the tour and do some preparation for the trek.

Fly to Lukla with views of the mountain range, including Mt. Everest. Thirty minutes of scenic flight will take you to Lukla, a gateway town to Everest base camp and other trekking destinations in Nepal. Walk to Pakding Village from Lukla, passing through some Sherpa farm villages with beautiful views along the way. Pakding village is located by Dudh Koshi  River.

From Benkar,  the trail climbs into the mountain, passing through a forest to Chumoa. The trail continues with many ups and downs crossing a stream and passing by a small village called Monjo. Upon reaching the Sagarmatha National Park, we pay the entrance fee and continue to walk along the river bank bed where major river meets. This is probably the most vibrant place that you find on earth with many restaurants, bars, and shops at an altitude of 34440 m. Overnight at Namche.

Namche Bazaar is at an altitude of 3,440m, and today, we reach the Everest View Hotel as high as 3880 m. It is a place with many memorials of unfortunate climbers around the Khumbu and Everest region. The walk continues on a beautiful gradual path up to Lobuche for an overnight stop, a place with several lodges with views of Pumori, Nuptse, and Lobuche peaks.
